Bark
begins to peel on trunks and limbs that are 2-3 years old.
Leaves turn a vibrant SCARLET color in fall before dropping for
winter.
Paperbark maples grow slowly to mature at only 15-20' tall and wide.
Expect only about 12" of growth a year.
Plant in sun to light shade. In full sun, water trees during dry
weather for best growth and appearance.
