Grown for its colorful, BRIGHT BLUE foliage which it retains
year-round and its tall, pyramidal growth-habit.
Blue
Atlas Cedar really makes a statement when planted in a large container
or in the garden where it has lots of room to spread out.
Plants grow slowly to mature at 40' tall by 20' wide. In containers,
where roots are restricted, plants will grow much slower and much
smaller. Expect only about 12" of growth a year.
Plant in sun to VERY light shade.
When
planted in containers, be sure plants receive at least 3-4 hours of
afternoon summer sun.
